Hi, I’m Cat.

I’m a strategist and writer. I coach, consult, speak, and podcast.

I help accomplished women, and companies I admire, to navigate inflection points by articulating their value and finding their voices.

Part seer, part catalyst, I empower my clients to build their confidence and show up fully, wherever they choose to go.

Here's how I got here:

A Seattle native, I grew up professionally in Washington, D.C. I worked everywhere from international development to green building, healthcare, agriculture, and marketing consulting.

After 15 years rising in the ranks, I discovered I was no longer fulfilled by climbing someone else’s ladder. I left my corporate job in January 2020, just before the pandemic.

Striking out on my own was both intuitive and hard. I knew I had all the tools I needed to provide value for clients – but I also had no idea who I was or what I wanted to stand for on my own.

Years of working for other people had left me with an identity crisis.

So, I took the concepts and skillsets I had for developing brand strategies, and turned them on myself.

The process was tough and uncomfortable, but it made me feel more confident and connected to what matters most in my life, my work, and how I want to use my time in this life.
